The building is 20 meters high and 120 meters long. Surrounded by trees, valleys and wild animals, there is a beautiful garden with a water pond on the property. The minimalist furnishings are bright and modern. Round windows offer a varied view of the idyllic landscape. A lot of sweat and passion was put into loving renovation work to preserve the authenticity of the building. There is a swimming pool outside for private use.
