Each week, one of Ibiza&rsquo;s most fascinating residents shares their tips on where to eat, drink, play and discover the unseen side of the island.&nbsp;

Originally from Sweden, Johanna Carlsson has lived in Ibiza for over 14 years and is the founder of JC Bespoke Events, a luxurious event-planning consultancy based on the island. Here, she shares her Ibiza hot list with L&rsquo;OFFICIEL IBIZA.&nbsp;

 Aguamadera&nbsp;
 This hotel just embodies relaxation and tranquillity and is my new obsession on the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/my-island-ibiza-places-to-go-louise-lagendijk-integrative-medicine-practitioner-the-core" target="_blank" rel="noopener">island</a>. I love it for weddings as it&rsquo;s such a gorgeous and intimate space even if you are looking at a guest list of 120.&nbsp;The food is so delicious and it&rsquo;s the one spot I have to take anyone who comes to visit during the summer.&nbsp;

 Cala Xuclar
 Xuclar is a spot that is so close to my heart. It was one of the first beaches that I went to when I moved to Ibiza in 2011, although we always tend to hang out on the rocks.&nbsp;I&rsquo;ve had many afternoons there with my friends just chatting, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/the-benefits-of-cold-water-swimming-in-ibiza" target="_blank" rel="noopener">swimming</a>, having a glass of wine and contemplating life, work and relationships. I love disconnecting, going for a swim and then enjoying delicious fresh fish and a glass of ros&eacute; in the chiringuito.&nbsp;It&rsquo;s also a beach where I&rsquo;ve done several gorgeous events in the past and one of the most extraordinary locations on the island for a secluded birthday dinner or pre-wedding reception.&nbsp;

 Keely Cooper at Fig Beauty&nbsp;
 I don&rsquo;t tend to have any one particular spa or <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/meet-the-ibiza-beauty-therapists-the-celebs-have-on-speed-dial" target="_blank" rel="noopener">beauty therapist</a> that I go to regularly on the island because I always like to try new places, but the one person I will always have an appointment booked in with is Keely. She&rsquo;s so fantastic at what she does and just such a lovely person! It&rsquo;s one of my favourite days every month when Keely comes over to do my nails.&nbsp;I always love to get creative with it, I think it&rsquo;s such a subtle way to express your style and personality.

 Whenever I need a bit of retail therapy I love to pop into town - and I have a route!  Boat days &amp; Formentera
 I feel so lucky to live on an island where I can see the sea from my bedroom when I wake up in the morning. I think it&rsquo;s easy to take <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/formentera-in-the-1950s-a-timeless-island-paradise" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Formentera</a> for granted sometimes but it&rsquo;s an island that I have started to visit more and more in the recent years.&nbsp;Playa Migjorn is magical, definitely a favourite, and if I get to have lunch in Es Codol Foradat I&rsquo;m always having the&nbsp;neula for dessert.&nbsp;

 Six Senses Xarraca Bay
 This hotel has quickly climbed to my top list of hotels and wedding venues on the island, and unexpectedly so.&nbsp;I had the pleasure of organising a three-day wedding here in June last year for 250 guests, and spending so much time at the property and with the team there it now feels like a second home!&nbsp;I love popping into the Agora as I think Daniela Agnelli is a genius and the curation here is amazing.&nbsp;I always browse the SMR Days collection by my dear friends Adam Shapiro and Gautam Rajani - this is my go-to brand for any presents for my male friends and clients. Then I stay for a sunset cocktail or better yet <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/the-six-best-restaurants-for-winter-weekend-brunch-in-ibiza" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dinner</a> - complete relaxation and pure luxury.&nbsp;

 Hiking and padel
 In the winter I try to do one hike every weekend. I was very lucky when I moved here because I was introduced to a group of people who were all born on the island but have had a very international upbringing (like me). They&rsquo;re still some of my closest friends and of course having grown up here they know some of the most amazing secret spots and hikes on the island! I would also recommend Toby from Walking Ibiza who knows the island inside out. I also love to get in a few games of padel per week with my husband (we&rsquo;re not competitive at all!) - having played tennis all my life I love the more social aspect of padel.&nbsp;

 Chidas Bar &amp; Cantina
 I cannot rave enough about Chidas - Andreas and Salvatore are just amazing at what they do and I will never say no to their <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/natural-wines-in-ibiza-ten-of-the-best" target="_blank" rel="noopener">margaritas</a> and tacos.&nbsp;If you didn&rsquo;t know, they do private catering as well, and I always recommend them to my clients, particularly for pre-wedding welcome evenings or the day-after hangover lunch!&nbsp;

 Petunia
 My husband and I discovered Petunia the first year they opened, and as soon as we walked into the hotel it felt like we were on vacation. We had a drink on their rooftop with the sun setting and <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/the-mystical-energy-of-ibiza-s-ley-lines" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Es Vedr&agrave;</a> right in front of us, and then enjoyed a delicious meal in their restaurant. It&rsquo;s since then a regular spot that I visit during the summer, and one of the places I love to recommend for pre-wedding welcome evenings.
