North Miznon, the culinary empire of Israeli chef Eyal Shani, arrives in Switzerland for a several-month residency at the famous Chez Calvin brasserie. The recipe remains the same: menus that change every day, mainly composed of fresh fish, the highest quality meats and seasonal vegetables, all in generous dishes, intended to be shared.&nbsp;
