New name, new decor and new menu. The top of the Kenzi Tower hotel is getting a makeover...but retaining its iconic panorama of Casablanca. And the Skies promises to amaze us.

Overlooking the white city, the little jewel with an Art Deco feel which nestles on the 27th and 28th floor of the Kenzi Tower offers us a breathtaking panorama with highly Instagrammable potential, i.e. Casablanca as we have never seen it from the bay window of a restaurant. On the program: elegance, conviviality, entertainment and exceptional gastronomy for a getaway at the top.

For a business lunch, a dinner with varied inspirations, a lively afterwork or a wild evening, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, Skies adapts to all our desires. At lunch and/or dinner, we go to the 27th floor to taste the new menu presented (and tasted) by the establishment's talented chefs. Cocktail of John Dory and Black Tiger Shrimp Tandoori Masala style, Monte Vesuvio or Mini Crispy Tacos Tokyo, the fine blades with creativity without blinkers have composed plates full of colours and flavors.

From 3 p.m. to 1 a.m., it is the lounge bar, nestled on the 28th floor of the building, which welcomes us, the time to let go with colleagues or friends around a tapas with well-balanced drinks, the all in a fiery atmosphere. The perfect spot to escape in a setting that is both inspiring and inspired.
