Music artist, model, and fashion muse Aurora Anthony gives L'OFFICIEL an insider glimpse at his day at the KidSuper theatrical menswear show in attendance of Paris Men's Fashion Week.

As the Men's Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2024 season finishes out its last stop in <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/travel/where-to-stay-in-paris-hotel-monsieur-aristide" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Paris</a>, celebrities soak in every moment while in the City of Lights, sightseeing at the Eiffel Tower, and grabbing a daily dose of espresso &mdash; that is when they're not sitting front row at fashion's most anticipated runway presentations. Among these high-fashion A-listers is Aurora Anthony, a music artist, model, and fashion creative who is well-known for his cool sense of style, encapsulating <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/hommes/the-streetwear-of-tomorrow" target="_blank" rel="noopener">luxury streetwear</a> in his everyday looks.
Anthony captures an effortless approach to his personal style, finding contemporary ways to sport simple designs and silhouettes. With such a fashion-forward perspective, it should come as no surprise that he finds inspiration and admiration from <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/louis-vuitton-mens-show-autumn-winter-2023-24-collection-photo-look" target="_blank" rel="noopener">KidSuper, founded by Colm Dillane</a>. Ahead, Anthony takes L'OFFICIEL on a behind-the-scenes look at the KidSuper Men's Spring/Summer 2024 show, as well as sharing his fashion week tips and essentials.

L'OFFICIEL: What's your favorite part about Men's Fashion Week?
Aurora Anthony: Every fashion week, I'll look forward to seeing particular designers' POVs and which brands get experimental. Then there are the people. Paris Fashion Week (PFW) is a reunion of sorts, a time to see colleagues and remote contacts. When we all descend on the city for the week, everyone's in "go" mode, so conversations are super productive, inspired, and forward-thinking.

LO: What's your favorite thing to see or do when you're in Paris?
AA: Whenever I'm here, I eat at my favorite restaurant, Cafe Charlot. It has everything you want in a restaurant - great food, atmosphere, and you never who you're going to run into. 
LO: Do you have a morning ritual or a way to prepare for a day of fashion shows?
AA: I wake up by 7 a.m., jump rope for 10 minutes, and then take a cold shower. If I'm struggling, then I&rsquo;ll drink an espresso or two, but wherever possible I try not to eat before 1 p.m. otherwise I&rsquo;ll get sluggish.

LO: How do you wind down after a long day of events?
AA: PFW days are long and demanding. As soon as I get back to my hotel, I call home, hydrate, and then crash!

LO: When you're deciding on your look for the day, do you have any essentials?
AA: My essentials are a good pair of shades (my current go-to is the Ray-Ban Wayfarer), my <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/issey-miyake-womens-show-autumn-winter-2023-24-collection-look-photos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Issey Miyake</a> Bao Bao side bag, Aesop's hand cream, a travel tube of Byredo fragrance, and Ricola cough drops. 
LO: Tell me about your relationship with KidSuper. Why is supporting his show important to you?
AA: I love what KidSuper is doing for menswear. He's transforming silhouettes and playing with classic <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/hommes/the-month-of-menswear-2023-all-the-appointments-not-to-be-missed" target="_blank" rel="noopener">menswear </a>designs. He's definitely a mainstay on the calendar and pushing things forward, and that should be highlighted.

LO: What were your thoughts on the show? Any favorite looks?
AA: My standouts at the KidSuper show were the footwear and suits&nbsp; &mdash; his taking suits and giving them a new cinched form which transforms the conventional universe of a suit. The black puppeteer suit is definitely one of my faves. This is what I love &mdash; he&rsquo;s complicating simple designs in a refined, subtle way. What appears simple, isn&rsquo;t.
