Healthy recipe: raw energy balls, enriched with collagen

When you're feeling hungry, nothing beats a healthy and delicious snack - supplemented with a mocha-flavoured collagen powder to combat fatigue and enhance the beauty of the skin.

For 10 pieces.

Preparation: 30 minutes.

Ingredients :

- 1 dose of Baiser Salé Apnée (coconut and mocha flavour) or your favourite collagen powder supplement.

- 160g pitted Medjool dates

- 70g grated coconut

- 50g almonds with skin

- 2 tablespoons of raw/bitter cocoa

Preparation :

Reserve 30g of coconut for decoration.

Blend the dates, almonds and remaining grated coconut in a blender until you have a sticky paste. If necessary, scrape the edges to obtain an even mixture.

Add the raw cocoa and the dose of Baiser Salé collagen, then mix again.

Pour the mixture into a deep plate or salad bowl.

Using your hands, form balls with the dough and set aside.

Pour the rest of the grated coconut into a dish and roll the balls in the coconut.

Place them on a flat surface and refrigerate for 15 minutes then it's ready!
