The French tea house Dammann Frères and panettone maestro Christophe Louie unveil a limited edition recipe, as tasty as it is ingenious. The Italian cake is made from an infusion of Rooibos tea with spices, orange peel, but also aromas of gingerbread, bitter orange and cherry. To bring out all these flavors, Christophe Louie added the most surprising cranberry, apple, ginger, vanilla and generous pieces of candied orange.
