All that's missing is the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/food/savor-the-season-with-the-best-autumn-cocktails" target="_blank" rel="noopener">perfect drink</a>: a really tasty punch! Your guests will definitely enjoy our top 3 recipes.

<h3 style="text-align: left;">Fruity berry punch</h3>

Ingredients:
1 liter of orange juice
250 ml rum
750 ml red wine
2 l fruit tea
1 tbsp whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
200g sugar
2 tbsp mulled wine spice
Some berry syrup

Recipe:
Bring the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/food/embrace-autumn-with-7-wines-to-commemorate-the-season" target="_blank" rel="noopener">red wine</a> and sugar to the boil. Boil the tea, then add it to the red wine with the cloves and cinnamon stick and bring to the boil again. Mix orange juice with rum and add to the rest. Season with mulled wine spices. If necessary, the punch can be sweetened with berry syrup.

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Baked apple punch</h2>

Ingredients:
3 liters of apple juice
1 liter rum
500g sugar
1 vanilla bean
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground star anise

Recipe:
Mix sugar with spices. Then bring the apple juice and rum to the boil. Reduce heat and add the sugar-spice mixture. Let simmer gently. Then turn off the heat and let it steep for 15 minutes. Simmer briefly again before serving. The punch can be garnished with an apple slice on the edge of the cup.

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Non-alcoholic children's punch</h2>

Ingredients:
2 l fruit tea
1 liter of orange juice
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
3 cinnamon sticks
3 vanilla beans
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp star anise

Recipe:
Boil fruit tea, then add the orange juice and lemon juice. Add the spices and simmer at low temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then strain the spices and serve the punch with a slice of orange.
