Lucie and Luke Meier present an unexpected trip to the East at Milan Fashion Week. Special guests at the show, Marina Abramovic, Jack Harlow and &nbsp; Solange Knowles.

A carpet of flowers reproduced allover and imposing dark brown theater curtains welcome guests to the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/jil-sander-minimalist-fashion" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jil Sander</a> spring summer 2025 show. This time Lucie and Luke Meier take us into a mysterious, intriguing and at times timeless world. Just like in the nocturnal atmospheres captured by photographer Greg Girard between 1972 and 1982 in which they represent the nocturnal life of a pre-technological Hong Kong, or the port with the neon lights of Vancouver. A journey towards the East, made of suggestions that are transferred onto the garments. A radically urban collection, characterized by iridescent fabrics, printed urban landscapes and simple accessories such as necklaces and silver pendants with the writing "Lonely Hearts".

To the notes of a synthesized soundtrack accompanied by electronic drums, Jil Sander 's creations parade: business suits revisited with boxy jackets in Italian and Japanese wool alternate with soft, short trousers, georgette evening dresses and knitwear outfits with gathered profiles and enriched with metallic pearls. Demi-couture details such as fringes that peek out from the sleeves, Swarovski crystals, crochet workmanship, increasingly shiny leathers and sartorial patterns reinvented with new volumes dominate the scene. Among the special guests in the front row, the body art artist <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/art/marina-abramovic-an-exceptional-retrospective-of-the-artist-comes-to-london" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Marina Abramović</a>, wrapped in a passion red fur coat, the American singers Solange Knowles and Jack Harlow, and Renzo Rosso of OTB. The evening continued with a dinatoire in the headquarters in the presence of the creative directors, where the first 6 fragrances designed by the Meiers were revealed.
Jil Sander brings to the stage a collection designed for those who love oriental suggestions, minimalist beauty and that couture twist that makes it an even more refined collection. A true aesthetic nirvana.
