This festive farm-to-table restaurant, located near Ciutadella, serves creative cuisine in a century-old rural finca. The chef combines the best recipes from around the Mediterranean in an atmosphere animated by live music, DJs or groups of musicians. Remarkable Negroni made with Menorcan Xoriguer gin. Chef Joan Salord Roca expresses his culinary and aesthetic art in each dish. It is in this elegant and refined establishment that he offers cuisine based on the gastronomy and products of the island. Always with a lasting commitment, dear to the owners Victor Torrent and his wife Noemie Mesquida. The boneless and confit suckling pig with its crispy skin or the turbot in demi-glace and red shrimp carpaccio are signature dishes. The local and Spanish wine list is particularly extensive. Note: magnificent white Rioja Lias Finas or Binifadet de Menorca carefully selected by the owners to enhance each dish.

The Experimental Hotel is an essential address for lovers of design and Mediterranean cuisine. Its restaurant “by the pool” offers contemporary cuisine with “Middle Eastern” accents which highlights local products with a touch of originality. Among the must-haves, we find a presa iberica a la moruna (a marbled part of the Iberian pork which combines subtle flavors of hazelnut) revisited with sumac, and the matured tuna bonito served with green gazpacho and fermented cherries. Take a boat to Illa Del Rei in the port of Mahon and let yourself be seduced by a restaurant surrounded by olive trees, by the sea. Formerly a decommissioned naval hospital from the 18th century, the restaurant&#39;s kitchens occupy the former hospital kitchens while all of the restaurant and bar areas are outside.
