The skin is tightened, wrinkles and dark circles are reduced. <h4>The most important question: Can it really prevent and reduce wrinkles?</h4> Yes, it leads to the following positive changes in your face:<ul><li> The face regains a fresh and radiant appearance.</li><li> The skin becomes smoother and tighter, wrinkles are reduced or disappear.</li><li> Eyebrows rise and the eyes appear more open and larger again.</li><li> The nasolabial line smooths out.</li><li> The cheek area is lifted, firmed and tightened.</li><li> The lips appear fuller and lip wrinkles are smoothed.</li><li> Hanging corners of the mouth point upwards again.</li><li> A double chin decreases or disappears.</li><li> The neck and décolleté become smoother and firmer.</li><li> imperfections disappear.</li></ul> Thus, it is a natural facelift for the face and neck.

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">How often should the exercises be done to get visible results? Is there a minimum age that one should have reached?</h4>
Age doesn't matter, whether you're doing the training preventatively or wanting to regain your toned, youthful contours. Starting at 30 is not too early, as visible skin aging begins at 25 years of age.

<h4>Is there a simple exercise that you could explain to us?</h4> Yes, e.g. &quot;The Lion&quot;. This one exercise strengthens your chin, cheeks and neck. Execution: Open your mouth and smile broadly. Stick out your tongue and pull it down as far as possible. Hold the tension for 30 seconds, take a short break. 3 repetitions. If we open our eyes wide to do this, without raising our eyebrows or frowning, we are already training the whole face.

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">They offer individual and group training, but also online training via Zoom. What does a training session look like?</h4>
A training session lasts about 60 minutes. The class begins with relaxation of the cervical spine, shoulders, scalp and d&eacute;collet&eacute;. Then the facial muscles are warmed up. Next, we start with a series of exercises that I have coordinated. Finally we relax with a 5-10 minute facial massage.
