My work has taught me to love what you do. To be resilient and don&rsquo;t settle for less.

My career icon is Gwyneth Paltrow for expanding her career beyond Hollywood to build a multifaceted brand and platform and in doing so inspiring women who have vision that they can manage to balance family life, build successful businesses and bring true passion to what they do.&nbsp;It&rsquo;s not easy!&nbsp;

In terms of health, I value Dr. Mark Hyman&rsquo;s expertise in longevity and functional medicine immensely. He is a visionary.&nbsp;

I never travel without a red-light mask and magnesium&nbsp;

In Ibiza we need to be extra aware of &lsquo;getting lost&rsquo;. The island can be chaotic. Staying grounded is one of the greatest and toughest lessons.&nbsp;

My favourite&nbsp;Ibiza&nbsp;beaches are Cala Xarraca and Cala Llenya.

 My secret tip is winter <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/the-best-ibiza-hikes-four-unmissable-ibiza-walks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hikes</a> in the north. Discovering new paths&nbsp;and finding myself in the process.

The best place to dance in Ibiza is <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/the-best-images-from-ibiza-s-2023-summer-season" target="_blank" rel="noopener">DC-10</a>, of course!

I couldn&rsquo;t live without my family.

My top Ibiza souvenir is the journey the island takes me on.

I&rsquo;d take a lunch date to <a href="https://palomaibiza.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">La Paloma</a>, every time!

If I could encourage&nbsp;people in Ibiza&nbsp;to do one thing&nbsp;it would be explore the north.&nbsp;

A recent&nbsp;island&nbsp;find is <a href="https://www.esfumeral.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Es Fumeral</a>, a beautiful restaurant on rugged Cala Nova.

My Ibiza life began when I discovered the soul and rhythm of the north. I&rsquo;m exactly where I&rsquo;m meant to be.

Something I would never part with is sunlight and morning movement.

My favourite app is Calm.

A great book I read recently was Young Forever&nbsp;by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/drmarkhyman/?hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mark Hyman</a>, MD.
 Ibiza in three words is magical, inspiring , exhausting.
