Ibiza, 5TH May 2025 &ndash; W Ibiza reopens its doors on May 2nd with a more exciting <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/categories/food">culinary</a> offering than ever, marked by the launch of the first Beach Club on Santa Eulalia beach in Ibiza, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/yellowfish_beachclub/">Yellow Fish</a>. Joining it is the Italian restaurant SEU Pizza <a href="https://www.instagram.com/stepsibiza/">@STEPS</a>, which this year debuts a delivery service. The original restaurant in Rome&rsquo;s Trastevere district has been recognised by 50 TOP Pizza as one of the best pizzerias in the world, led by Chef Pier Daniele SEU. On the hotel rooftop, guests will find Glow, a rooftop bar featuring an infinity pool and sun loungers to enjoy during the day, and the finest sushi and signature cocktails to watch the sunset. Additionally, WET Deck offers delicious, light and fresh bites to make the most of every sunbeam by the hotel&rsquo;s iconic pool.

Yellow Fish Beach Club: the taste of the sea right on the beachfront

In 2025, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/yellowfish_beachclub/">Yellow Fish Beach Club</a> kicks off the season on May 16th with a culinary offering centred around the finest seafood, featuring a selection of fresh fish and shellfish from the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/my-island-jessica-may-holistic-nutrition-coach-ibiza">island.</a> This renewed menu includes standout starters such as red prawn carpaccio, bluefin tuna belly carpaccio, Andalusian-style calamari, and cherry tomato gazpacho made with local produce.
For main courses, Yellow Fish offers grilled specialities, highlighting the catch of the day, grilled leeks, and carabineros (scarlet prawns), as well as a mixed grill with clams, razor clams, monkfish, mussels, squid, and seasonal vegetables. To finish on a sweet note, the dessert menu features delights like a local carob chocolate mousse and traditional crema catalana.
In addition to the restaurant&rsquo;s menu, guests at the hotel can enjoy a more relaxed experience in the Yellow Fish chill-out area, where exclusive loungers offer direct access to <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/a-slice-of-south-beach-in-ibiza-santa-eulalia">Santa Eulalia beach.</a> From there, they can indulge in a menu of tempting sharing options such as tuna mini burgers, creamy cod croquettes, umami oysters, or Cantabrian anchovies.

All of this can be paired with sangrias, wines, champagnes, and bottle service, as well as locally inspired signature cocktails like the Tiki Eularia, the Shaman, or the Salty Sailor. Other highlights include the delicious Negroni in the Woods, made with strawberry-infused gin, chocolate-infused Campari, and Antica Formula vermouth.
Additionally, as a new feature this season, evenings at Yellow Fish will be transformed into a full sensory experience, with a new live music program that blends DJ sets with live instruments and Mediterranean electronic sounds. A perfect pairing of flavor and sound for summer nights from Friday to Saturday, also available during lunchtime on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Glow Bar &amp; Infinity Pool: elevated Asian essence

Yellow Fish isn&rsquo;t the only venue unveiling new features this season. Glow, the hotel&rsquo;s exclusive rooftop with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, is introducing Asian cuisine to its offering.
This rooftop space, featuring an infinity pool and 360&deg; views spanning the mountains and the bay of Santa Eulalia, will offer a live sushi showcooking station during dinner service.
A rooftop where guests can relax during the day on sun loungers and Balinese beds, enjoying creative cocktails with the unmistakable signature of W Ibiza. As the sun begins to set, the space transforms into the perfect setting to take in one of the island&rsquo;s most stunning sunsets.
In addition, the hotel has prepared different activities at Glow, such as those organised with Mezcal Amar&aacute;s and Sotol Cardenxe, which will offer guests a weekly masterclass at sunset. They will be able to enjoy the best sunset in Santa Eulalia while learning about the properties and origins of both spirits, their history, their pairings, and their use in cocktails, etc., including a tasting guided by an expert.
