Gourmet, healthy and just to bite into… the Granola definitely gets everyone in the house in agreement. And to keep the best of these little golden nuggets, we offer you a homemade recipe... to eat.

Ingredients .
<ul>
 <li>350g rolled oats</li>
 <li>150g mixed dried fruits: pecans, hazelnuts, slivered almonds...</li>
 <li>100g brown sugar</li>
 <li>1/2 teaspoon of salt</li>
 <li>1/2 teaspoon cinnamon</li>
 <li>50g coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)</li>
 <li>75g of honey</li>
 <li>1/2 teaspoon vanilla (1 pod)</li>
 <li>Chocolate chips</li>
</ul>

Preparation . In a salad bowl, mix the dry foods: rolled oats, dried fruits, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
In a small skillet, heat oil and honey over medium heat to obtain a liquid mixture. Add the vanilla and stir. 
Pour the syrup into the bowl of dry food then mix so that all the flakes are coated. 
Preheat the oven to 150 &deg;C. 
On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. 
Once nicely browned, let cool before adding the chocolate chips to the granola. 
Break the pieces of granola, then place them in an airtight jar (for a conservation of 10 days maximum&nbsp;)

The + of this recipe? For more fruity palates , it is possible to decorate the granola with raisins, dried bananas, cranberries and others! 
Here's a homemade granola, without additives, without preservatives and full of flavors.&nbsp;&nbsp; We like to eat it with plain yoghurt and fresh cut fruit for a king's breakfast!
