Marcela Nardez teaches a complete menu with healthy recipes and a themed table set for a Gastronomic Easter

A great alternative is to bet on healthy dishes, with easy-to-make recipes, to prepare a complete and delicious menu.

With that in mind, we invited wellness influencer Marcela Nardez, who shared recipes for starters, main courses, desserts and drinks, as well as tips for setting up a personalized decorated table for guests in style. check out

The magical ambience at your table

I consider it very important to decorate the table at special times with elements that make the occasion even more incredible. In addition to strengthening family ties, the table set leaves the environment personalized and sophisticated. When receiving a visit or for the family itself, presenting a decorated table demonstrates dedication and affection, in addition to bringing elegance and delicacy to your home. I try to bring characteristic elements of each theme. Easter is not Easter without the traditional decorations of this time of year. In addition to using them in home decor, Easter ornaments can and should be present in table decor. Every year I like to reuse the ornaments I already have, but I think it&#39;s important to add new elements that are in vogue at the time. For example, the traditional decorations that mark the season, such as the bunny, the main symbol that represents birth, fertility and hope. Painted and decorative eggs, reusing the shells of chicken eggs, and it is possible to use the eggs as candle holders or to plant small flowers. My tip is to choose a color palette and compose in those shades. I chose pink and gold as key colors, green and light blue to complement with some details.

As I am a fan of a healthy life, I always value recipes that bring healthy ingredients, but without leaving tradition aside. For this Easter, I selected some recipes that I love and that are the biggest success here at home. As a starter, I selected a salad with burrata and pesto sauce, great for hot days. The main course will be cod risotto with quinoa and truffled tomatoes, which has an indescribable flavor. Finally, dessert will be an airfryer Petit Gatteau, easy and delicious, and a Champagne drink with strawberries to celebrate. &nbsp; Check out the step by step of each recipe below:

Salad with burrata and pesto sauce

Ingredients: 200 grams of burrata Lettuce leaves arugula leaves Cherry tomato 1 sliced avocado &nbsp; For the pesto sauce: &nbsp; Parmesan cheese Fresh basil blended with olive oil Brazil nuts Input Preparation Method: This is the perfect option for a special lunch like on holidays when you want more elegance! A little burrata accompanying vegetables is a delicious combination. To increase, I put a little avocado that brings even more flavor to the salad. The sauce that best seasons, in my opinion, is a good pesto. In addition to being delicious, it is another beautiful dish guaranteed on the table.

Cod risotto with quinoa and truffled tomatoes

Ingredients: 400 g desalted codfish without bones; &nbsp; 1 chopped onion; &nbsp; 1 strand of olive oil; 500 g of quinoa in already cooked grains; 1 glass of 200 ml of the water in which the cod was cooked; &nbsp; 1 cup of cream (I used the lactose-free one); &nbsp; 200 g of truffled olive oil; 2 cups (tea) of cherry tomato; Olive oil, black pepper and herbs to taste. Main dish preparation method: Cook the desalted codfish, separate the cooking water, shred and set aside. In a large pan, sauté the onion with the oil. Add the already cooked quinoa and cod water. Let it cook for about 4 minutes. Add the codfish and cream and season with salt, pepper and herbs, then reserve this mixture. To finish, in a frying pan, sauté the cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, herbs and truffle oil. Put it over the risotto and it&#39;s ready to serve!

Ingredients: 1 bar of unsweetened dark chocolate 1 egg 1 tablespoon oat flour 1 teaspoon ghee butter 1 teaspoon yeast 1 candy (optional) Dessert Preparation Method: Roughly break the chocolate bar into a container and melt in a bain-marie. Mix the melted chocolate with the egg until smooth. Then add the oat flour and ghee butter, stirring well until dissolved. Lastly, add a spoonful of yeast and mix well. Separate the dough into cupcake molds, placing a tablespoon of the mixture in each one. Take the bonbon of your choice and cut it in half to add to the dough as a filling, pressing the bonbon against the dough. When placing it in the mold, it is interesting to cover the piece of bonbon with the mixture that was raised with the pressure of the bonbon, sealing the petit gateau. Place in the airfryer for 7 minutes at 180°C and unmold upside down. Serve with ice cream of your choice.

Champagne with Strawberries

Ingredients: 5 units of strawberries; 1 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener; 1 glass of well-chilled sparkling wine; Ice to taste. Method of preparation: &nbsp; To harmonize with this complete and delicious menu, a good refreshing drink is the perfect option for those who want to celebrate and not overindulge in caloric and heavy ingredients. I recommend drinking before tasting. Although it has a simple preparation, this drink brings a lot of sophistication! Chop the strawberries and shake with sugar and ice in a cocktail shaker. Place in a bowl and gently add the sparkling wine so that it does not lose its gas. If you want to decorate, cut a strawberry in half and place it on the edge of the glass.
