The iconic agroturismo in the north of the White Island is completely renewing its menu, always having in mind to highlight the plant ingredients from its own vegetable garden.

In this troubled post-pandemic period, the island of Ibiza is in full mutation, to the great regret of purists: if the local institutions that made its legend close their doors one after the other in favor of newcomers with more formatted concepts, some addresses nevertheless continue to honor its cultural heritage and identity.
This is the case of the Atzar&oacute; Agroturismo, which finally proves to skeptics that luxury and authenticity are not incompatible. A lush property that extends over more than 100,000 square meters of enchanting gardens and farmland, this intimate hotel is one of the few not to have yielded to the sirens of the major hotel groups.
Owned by the Guasch family for several generations, Atzar&oacute; Agroturismo retains all the strength of its DNA while regularly reinventing itself: this season, the fetish hot spot for celebrities visiting the island is completely revamping its culinary offer while remaining faithful to the values which have made its flawless reputation.
Under the leadership of famous London chef James Adams, the hotel offers a new tasty menu, enhanced by plants and herbs grown on the site: a "farm-to-fork" concept that showcases local ingredients and seasonal organic products.
What do we order? On the menu, dishes that will delight lovers of demanding seafood; forget the salads and carpaccios that are a little petty and sold for exorbitant prices at the tables of the surrounding tourist trap restaurants: here, the cuisine is generous and tasty to perfection.
Special mentions to the succulent sea bass ceviche with citrus and coriander, grilled salmon with lemon, asparagus and hazelnuts, not to mention the roasted turbot with mussels and salsa verde.
Dishes that we gladly accompany with exquisite vegetable dishes full of freshness and audacious seasonings, from fried courgette flowers with ricotta and honey to eggplant with polenta and tomato sauce.
The perfect blend of content and form, an exceptional experience enhanced by smiling and impeccable service (a rarity on the island!) and by the incomparable setting of the place.
