From Saint-Tropez to the United Arab Emirates, the swimwear and beachwear house Vilebrequin comes to enchant the summer season.

Vilbrequin needs no introduction, the cult and sunny brand created in 1971 in <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/longchamp-s-collaboration-with-k-jacques-shoes-bags-spring-summer-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Saint-Tropez</a> by an automobile journalist who was inspired by American surfer shorts. The House has made a reputation for itself with its universe between elegance and fantasy, often cited as a favourite of stars and athletes from all over the world &mdash; including Jay Z, Neymar, Romeo Beckham, Ryan Gosling and all of football's high society. All year round, people enjoy lounging at the Plage Vilebrequin L'Ondine in Cannes, which has become a must-see on the Croisette. While this summer, a new seaside residence opens to the general public, this time temporary, in Abu Dhabi.
Two beaches, the same joyfully impertinent spirit. One is ideally located opposite the Carlton, the other has flown to the Saadyiat Beach Club. The Vilebrequin Private Beach is once again this year entrusted Vincent Darr&eacute;. Known for his baroque creations, full of fantasy, which flirt with surrealism and English eccentricity, the artist and decorator-designer comes to dress the seaside spaces with his bubbling universe. Textiles with turtle prints, signature stripes, aquatic furniture, giant seahorses, shell and crustacean designs: he instills a clever French Riviera spirit in his extravagant proposals, while retaining the chic specific to Vilebrequin. In Cannes or Abu Dhabi, the beach stands out from the slightly too traditional beach clubs, and delights the retina&hellip; Rumor has it that it is the most colourful and joyful of all!

Lunch in Cannes. L'Ondine welcomes the mischief and creativity of Vincent Darr&eacute; as an echo with the mischievous and facetious abundance of the city in which it is based, Cannes. Tourists and locals rush there to relax, but also to discover the culinary delights of its restaurant - whose inspirations give pride of place to the French art of living and the Mediterranean dolce vita. The menu at L'Ondine reflects its Cannes decor: fresh, salty dishes, beautiful plates inspired by Mediterranean, local and sunny cuisine. Impossible to miss the famous lobster and fresh fish specialties, recognized for over 30 years on the Croisette.

Getting dressed in Abu Dhabi. To celebrate the exclusive Vilebrequin Beach at Saadyiat Beach Club, the Swimwear House launched the Abu Dhabi Limited Edition capsule, in collaboration with Experience Abu Dhabi. Designed for the whole family and in a limited edition, the line features the brand's famous sea turtles, which intrude into the architecture and breathtaking landscapes of Abu Dhabi. There we find precious blue tones and touches of gold, presaging beautiful moments of complicity with loved ones, always under a radiant sun.
