This season, <strong>Chitose Abe</strong> deepens her work on the art of "wrapping", where the silhouette remains at the center of her concerns. The garment thus becomes a cocoon, an envelope that protects while offering the possibility of reinventing classic shapes, such as suits, down jackets or military uniforms. This <strong>duality between strength and vulnerability, comfort and protection,</strong> is accentuated by the tactile aspect of the fabrics, from the knitted panels inserted into blazers and coats, to the textured details such as feathers in frayed fabric, sequins and fur-like trims. The illustration of this sensuality and pure beauty is also found in the "photo stitch" embroideries inspired by May Ray, which highlight the lips and eyes, symbols of tenderness and love suggested by the very act of embracing in a garment.</p>
