The sunset over Ponte Vecchio is the setting for Camille Miceli's first fashion show for Pucci, which celebrates Emilio Pucci's bond with Florence.&nbsp;

Initials EP is the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/fashion-shows-cruise-2024-where-they-will-be-when" target="_blank" rel="noopener">first Pucci show</a> created by <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/pucci-interview-camille-miceli-history-brand-collections" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Camille Miceli</a> , one year after her debut as artistic director. The return to the catwalk could only coincide with the return to the city that gave birth to Emilio Pucci, Florence. The maison chooses the twilight along the Arno as the setting for this fashion show, an open-air meeting to breathe the air and feel the breeze of the Tuscan city. <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/pucci-show-in-florence-when-where-summer-2023-collection" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pucci</a>'s vibrant colours highlight Camille Miceli's chosen palette.
Inspired by the logo designed by Emilio Pucci for the Apollo 15 NASA mission in 1971, the collection, which uses precious materials and motifs mix with a space age atmosphere, it opens with a flowing kaftan with the Fish motif. Several total white looks follow: a pair of <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/10-basics-for-the-closet-2023" target="_blank" rel="noopener">skinny jeans</a>, a shaped mini dress, a crop top embellished with embroidered flowers and neutral tones. In the absence of prints, these decorations give a fresh touch to the artisan techniques. The enveloping fit garments, reinterpreted through a series of sweaters enlivened by bands with different prints, give way to more masculine cut looks that superimpose Pucci's classic motifs with a bold expression. The Marble print appears all over the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/denim-blue-jeans-trend-remix-spring-2023" target="_blank" rel="noopener">denim</a>, which is laser treated and washed with recycled water, according to a sustainable process. A bodice and loose jeans, a jacket with fringes and a shawl collar combined with a miniskirt, recall the 90s attitude.

The beach looks of the collection are characterized by a hidden sensuality: the long zippers, like those of wetsuits, are embellished with rhinestones, transforming themselves from sporty to chic. Pucci's bold vision of the moon is represented by printed silk twill laminated in gold for an iridescent light that shines on loose-fitting dresses and suits.

The balloon silhouette created for the show leaves the scene in the final act: eight jumpsuits in different variations of the Pucci print, embellished with gold jewels with a T-shirt of chains to close the show. The new bags emphasize the union between fun and functionality, such as the printed Daily bucket bag and the Puccinella made of straw with bikini detail. The shoes range from sandals with a large platform to kitten heels pumps with small fish details. Pucci patterned bucket hats have sun lenses to see through the brim and see the world in sunny gradient hues.
