After just one year as Tom Ford&#39;s creative director, fashion designer Peter Hawkings leaves Tom Ford.

<a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/hommes/tom-ford-men-spring-summer-2025-collection-photo-look" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tom Ford</a> announced today that <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/peter-hawkings-debuts-for-tom-ford-spring-summer-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Peter Hawkings</a> will step down as Creative Director of the brand . Peter Hawkings has been with TOM FORD since its inception and at the helm of the creative sector since April 2023. Today 23 July 2024 Peter Hawkings leaves Tom Ford .
&ldquo;I would like to express my gratitude to Peter for his outstanding contributions to TOM FORD since its inception,&rdquo; said Guillaume Jesel, President and CEO of TOM FORD and Luxury Business Development, The Est&eacute;e Lauder Companies.
&ldquo;I want to thank Peter for his collaboration since TOM FORD FASHION became part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. Together with his team, Peter contributed to this important initial phase of development. I wish him all the best in his next chapter,&rdquo; said Lelio Gavazza, CEO of TOM FORD FASHION.
The Spring-Summer 2025 collection will be presented in the Milan showroom in September 2024. A successor will be announced in the near future.

ABOUT TOM FORD
Tom Ford is a fashion, accessories, perfume and eyewear house founded by Tom Ford in 2005. In 20023 the EST&Eacute;E LAUDER group became owner of the brand by establishing production licenses with the ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA GROUP for clothing and Marcolin Eyewear for TOM FORD EYEWEAR.
Tom Ford was born in Texas on August 27, 1961. He moved to New York to graduate in architecture at the Parsons School of Design, but realized very early that his true passion was fashion. He gained experience in the industry as a design assistant at Hardwick and then at Perry Ellis. The real turning point came in 1990, when Gucci called him to fill the position of Head of Ready-to-Wear Women's Clothing. The career of Tom Ford, who will since become creative director of Gucci, takes off, his minimal chic style devoted to power dressing remains in history. He will assume the position of Creative Director of Yves Saint Laurent and the line that bears his name in 2005 following his departure from Gucci. In 2009 he made his debut as a director with "A single Man" with Colin Firth. He also tried his hand at photography, creating some of the campaigns for his brand.
