The acclaimed British designer has officially announced the launch date for her long-awaited brand, and we couldn&#39;t be more excited.

 Nearly two years after Philo announced she would be launching her own eponymous clothing line, she finally posted the reveal date. On February 9, Philo said on Instagram: "Our inaugural collection will be revealed and available on our website, phoebephilo.com, in September 2023. We will open registration in July 2023 and hope to be in touch again then."
 Now, we have more details on the brand, as we get closer to that long-awaited day in September. According to reports, we can expect a vast collection with 150 styles available at launch, from <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/ready-to-wear-again-y2k-fashion" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ready-to-wear</a> to leather goods and footwear. Additionally, the brand has Daria Werbowy set to be the face of the brand, a model who had previously appeared in some of Philo's campaigns with <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/celine-mini-moke-vintage-advertising-campaign-spring-summer-2023" target="_blank" rel="noopener">C&eacute;line.</a>
 Phoebe Philo knows what women want. From 2001 to 2017, the British designer successfully resurrected two dying fashion houses, defining desirable women's clothing a dozen times in the process. During her five-year stint at <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/chloe-x-eres-la-capsule-collection-of-beachwear-costumes-clothing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chlo&eacute;</a> and 10 years at C&eacute;line , she became the fashion industry's most revered authority on dressing the modern woman, her shows attracting top street style stars and fashionistas. photographers during <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/copenhagen-fashion-week-street-style-spring-summer-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">fashion week</a>. Now, the designer is officially back with her brand Phoebe Philo Studio, a clothing and accessories brand "based on exceptional quality and design."
 Philo's tenure at Chlo&eacute; from 2001 to 2006 defined womenswear. Fashion in general was captivated by effortless bohemian femininity and a fresh take on leather goods. With Philo, the French fashion house launched its first it bag : the highly successful 2005 Paddington, which increased Chlo&eacute;'s sales by 60% worldwide and 80% in the United States. That was until Philo quit to return to London and spend time with her family.

During this time, Philo gave birth to her second child. The designer is no stranger to balancing motherhood and family in London with a bustling career in Paris, and her dedication to family is part of the reason women love her so much. Her approach to <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/portraits/khloe-kardashian-lofficiel-italia-cover-story-interview-kim-kardashian" target="_blank" rel="noopener">motherhood</a> shows in the clothes she makes and informs her design decisions in a way that encourages women to build a wardrobe rather than give in to fleeting trends. As a woman who cares about style, but cares even more about her family, Philo turned believable, wearable daywear into a uniform for busy women everywhere. Once her career at C&eacute;line began, Philo canceled the house's Autumn/Winter 2012 show due to her pregnancy with her third child, opting instead for a show in Paris. While many houses could have dealt with avalanches of collateral damage for canceling a publicized fashion show, this decision strengthened Philo's brand even further, as the women who bought from C&eacute;line could attest.

After a few years in fashion without Philo, rumors surfaced in the summer of 2020 that the designer might return to the industry. Luxury conglomerate LVMH has reportedly acquired a minority stake in the new brand, allowing the British designer free rein.
