H&amp;M has revealed the name of the next fashion house to sign a collaboration collection, exciting news after a three-year hiatus.

After &nbsp; <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/giambattista-valli-haute-couture-summer-23" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Giambattista Valli</a> &nbsp; in 2019, the last major fashion house to have collaborated with &nbsp; H&amp;M , which had to pause this highly anticipated event each year due to the health crisis, the Swedish giant has announced the name of the next designer invited to design a collection as luxurious as it is affordable. And this is home &nbsp; <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/hm-mugler" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mugler</a> , driven by &nbsp; Casey Cadwallader , who was chosen!
An exciting announcement to say the least, after three years without major collaboration for &nbsp; <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/h-m-s-latest-innovation-story-spotlights-more-sustainable-embellishments" target="_blank" rel="noopener">H&amp;M </a>, despite some significant capsules, in association with &nbsp; Simone Rocha &nbsp; Or &nbsp; Iris Apfel &nbsp; for example, the latest.

The result of this long-awaited collaboration? &nbsp; Second-skin jumpsuits betting on games of transparency, Casey Cadwallader &#39;s signature creation , but also a slew of sexy and, according to the campaign, inclusive bodysuits, as well as short dresses, sultry jeans, and a few neon pieces. The collection presents the Mugler signature silhouette, recognizable among all: strong and broad shoulders, a marked waist, an ode to the curves and lines of the body, a tribute to self-confidence. In homage to the vision of the founder of the House, the contemporary creations are accompanied by a selection of archival pieces, in limited edition, selected by Casey Cadwallader for their contemporary resonance and their testimony to the major role of the Mugler style in the years 80s and 90s.

Avant-garde and transgressive, advocating freedom of expression, with an incomparable glamorous and daring style, this collaboration embodies the very essence of Mugler . Founded by French designer Manfred Thierry Mugler in 1973, the house anticipated the themes of body-positivism, gender fluidity and self-confidence that inspire fashion today. American designer Casey Cadwallader was appointed artistic director in 2018, breathing new life and reinterpreting the house's heritage, marked by daring shows and innovative haute couture, with a visionary aesthetic, embracing an alternative, non- binary and technological.
To embody the spirit of the collection and celebrate the relationship between Mugler and music, the French house and H&amp;M have unveiled a video featuring a collective of emerging talents - Amaarae , <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/music/everything-you-need-to-know-about-shygirl-the-new-electro-rap-sensation" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shygirl</a> , Eartheater and Arca . Together, they recorded their own version of Stardust 's 1998 hit "Music Sounds Better With You", to celebrate the collaboration.

Mugler &nbsp; is thus added to the long list of renowned houses to have signed a collection for &nbsp; H&amp;M , like &nbsp; Moschino , &nbsp; Kenzo , &nbsp; Balmain , &nbsp; Isabel funny &nbsp; or &nbsp; Margiela House . Unlike previous collections in collaboration with luxury houses, the collection &nbsp; Mugler x H&amp;M &nbsp; will be available online and in selected stores &nbsp; from May 11, 2023 , and not in November.
