At Park G&uuml;ell in <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/food/best-restaurants-tapas-bars-barcelona" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Barcelona</a> - a work commissioned by Eusebi G&uuml;ell to the architect exponent of Catalan modernism Antoni Gaud&igrave; - <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/louis-vuitton-flight-mode-collection-summer-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Louis Vuitton</a> presents the Cruise 2025 women's collection . In the splendid setting of the park where the slate and limestone blends with the local vegetation, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/louis-vuitton-autumn-winter-2024-cllection-nicolas-ghesquiere-pfw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nicolas Ghesqui&eacute;re</a> his new creations dedicated to the Art of Travel.
The setting designed by set designer James Chinlund is made up of seats that follow the perimeters of the space and the soundtrack of the fashion show lights up the atmosphere, a medley composed of "Music for Chameleons" by Gary Numan and "Madame Butterfly" by Malcolm McLaren. The collection is a journey of discovery, an immersive tale of Spanish culture with a tribute to opulence and stylistic abundance. The passionate character of the city, the chromatic nuances and the artistic traditions emerge from Ghesqui&eacute;re's creations while remaining faithful to the philosophy of the LVMH group brand.

«Being in Spain I thought of bringing together the drama and rigor of local traditions, mixing them with the extravagance of Spanish influences» says Nicolas Ghesquiére, «I tried to sample the chiaroscuro of the paintings of Francisco Goya and Diego Velázquez and I selected the materials that recalled the historic mosaics of Gaudí structuring layered looks and modernist architectural aesthetics. For the color palette, however, I was inspired by Riccardo Bofil Levi, who over the years has always been one of my references.&quot; And then he shows the moodboard dedicated to the destination Barcelona, ​​«I worked on this moodboard starting from when I came to Barcelona with my parents as a child. I&#39;m always interested in bringing the vision of a foreigner visiting a country.&quot;
