In honor of 25 years since the creation of the iconic Baguette bag, Fendi celebrates the occasion with a special pop-up pop and launch of the capsule collection.

In 1997, Silvia Venturini Fendi unknowingly changed the fashion world forever once she created <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/fendi-baguette-summer-2021" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the Baguette bag</a>. The bag instantly became a fashion phenomenon and a statement piece in pop culture. As said by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/sarah-jessica-parker-movies-tv-best-roles-hocus-pocus-sex-and-the-city" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sarah Jessica Parker</a> in <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/baguette-bag-the-story-behind-the-world-of-fashion-it-bag" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sex And The City</a>, &ldquo;This is not a bag&mdash;it&rsquo;s a Baguette.&rdquo; 25 years later and the Baguette is still as influential as it was when it first appeared. <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/every-look-fendi-spring-summer-2023-mfw" target="_blank" title="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/fendi-vypustili-kapsulnuyu-lyzhnuyu-kollekciyu-season-osen-winter-2022-23" rel="noopener">Fendi</a> has not taken such an anniversary lightly and has gone all out on its celebrations.&nbsp;
During this most recent New York Fashion Week, the Maison put on a <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/fendi-baguette-25th-anniversary-nyfw-runway" target="_blank" rel="noopener">25th-anniversary runway show</a> in partnership with <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/kim-jones-and-marc-jacobs-join-hands-for-fendi-baguette-s-25th-anniversary-in-new" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Marc Jacobs</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/design/dont-miss-the-exhibition-lose-yourself-in-love-by-tiffany-co" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tiffany &amp; Co.</a>, and Porter. The fashion show was a lively one with the runway return of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/linda-evangelista-best-runway-moments-age-90s-supermodel" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Linda Evangelista</a> taking center stage and A-list stars such as <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/kim-kardashian-best-metallic-swimsuit-moments-summer-skims" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kim Kardashian</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/christy-turlington-age-young-fashion-moments" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Christy Turlington</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/grace-jones-movies-conan-boomerang" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Grace Jones</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/karlie-kloss-styling-tricks-fashion-age-instagram" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Karlie Kloss</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/kate-moss-nft-videos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kate Moss</a>, and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/shalom-harlow-young-model-90s" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shalom Harlow</a> all in attendance. The celebrations have only continued as Fendi has launched its 25th Anniversary Baguette capsule collection.

For the launch, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/the-fendi-set-book-launch-kim-jones-nikolai-von-bismarck" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fendi</a> has opened up a special pop-up shop that sells a selection of Baguette bags, along with special jewelry and accessories to shop for the holiday season. Mirroring the color palette of the capsule collection, as guests enter the space, they are immediately surrounded by shades of baby pink, wasabi green, and glossy blue. As the surroundings are being taken in, you may also be entranced by the oversized <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/fendi-baguette-hand-in-hand" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Baguette</a> structures spread throughout the pop-up boutique.

Further into the shop lies a digital archive room, where the re-edition Baguette bags are presented among digital Baguette content. The reinterpreted bags on display maintain the original essence from the archives while standing out with their craftsmanship from unique materials such as <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/how-to-wear-denim-on-denim-layers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">denim</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/best-cashmere-pieces-for-the-winter-season" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cashmere</a>, shearling, geometric beaded embroidery, mother-of-pearl leather, and paillette embroidery.&nbsp;
In addition to the range of micro and mini versions of the bag, the Baguette has also been channeled into a collection where a number of luxurious parkas, gloves, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/ella-emhoff-crochet-hat-trend-instagram" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hats</a>, skirts, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/knit-sweaters-fall-winter-fashion-shopping" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sweaters</a>, and gaiters are also available for purchase. Topping it all off is the footwear debut of the Baguette Match high-top sneaker and a sequin Colibri heel.

The SoHo space is a perfect embodiment of honoring the spirit of the iconic Baguette whilst moving it forward in a new age. Open from November 3 to December 23 on 90 Prince Street, the Fendi Baguette Pop-Up is a celebration of the defining moments of the Baguette bag and its continuous impact on culture.
