On the occasion of Pride 2023 Diesel returns to collaborate with the Tom of Finland Foundation to create a capsule collection that celebrates the LGBTQIA + community.

I want to encourage this minority, tell them not to give up, to think positively about their act and their whole being." <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/diesel-woman-show-autumn-winter-2023-24-collection-photo-look" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Diesel</a>'s new collaboration is also based on these words, which on the occasion of <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/portraits/pride-parade-photo-history-lgbtq" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pride 2023</a> returns to collaborate with the Tom of Finland Foundation with a capsule collection that amplifies the message of freedom of expression and supports the LGBTQIA + community. Once again <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/i-experiment-therefore-i-follow-the-glenn-martens-creed-for-y-project-fall-winter-2023" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Glenn Martens</a> reaffirms his attachment and his attention to queer issues, related to individual sexuality.

The Diesel x Tom of Finland Foundation collaboration features a new lineup of always queer art artists from the Tom of Finland Foundation, including Stanley Stellar, Michael Mitchell and Tom of Finland . Sinful aesthetic imagery was curated with The Community to illustrate homosexual men in moments of nonchalant freedom and joy. Images that are applied as prints and patchwork on the 17 pieces of the capsule collection ranging from t-shirts to jeans and jock-strap. Finally, each garment is finished with a special canvas ribbon printed with an artist's quote. While the selected artists reflect the tutelage of The Alltogether Clubhouse, focused on the historical impact of New York's gay and queer culture and nightlife. Stanley Stellar's photographs of gay men in the West Village, dating back to the 1980s, are featured on t-shirts, shirts and denim. Satin shirt and shorts are printed with trompe-l'oeil-like close-ups of Viktoria Raykova and Stellar's photographs of the leather scene. Cotton patches on which Michael Mitchell's works have been printed are applied to white hoodies. Tom of Finland's iconic gay bar scenes are printed on t-shirts, hoodies, denim and denim shirts. And again Tom of Finland's Day &amp; Night portraits depicting a well-groomed gay man, dressed in a shirt and tie by day and scruffy with a cigarette and leather cap by night are printed on T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, a cap and a jockstrap.

Conceived without limits of genres, the collection is a celebration of the indomitable sense of pride of the gay and queer community, and will be available worldwide from June in boutiques and on the official Diesel website.
