Their nuptials quickly became highly publicized and surprised the whole world for the daring choice of unconventional outfits then chosen. No more virginal white or the suit and tie in sober shades: the duo called on designer Antonio Berardi to design their coordinated outfits, in a flashy purple shade. The former Spice Girl 's dress featured a rosette-covered shoulder strap with red lining inside, while the famous ex-footballer wore a purple suit and shirt with matching purple suede boots and a pinned purple rose in his buttonhole.

25 years later, Victoria and David Beckham took a walk down memory lane to mark a milestone in their marriage. The famous couple shared a photo of them on Instagram this Wednesday, July 3, in which we see them once again wearing the outfits that have become cult from their celebration of love, sitting on thrones and holding hands. “Look what we found... 😅💜,” reads the Instagram caption of a post initiated by Victoria Beckham.

This is not the first time that the Beckham duo has played the nostalgia card. Back in April, David Beckham celebrated Victoria Beckham 's 50th birthday by sharing a message alongside a collage of photos and videos of his partner over the years. "Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife... As you head into this birthday you should look back and be proud of what you have accomplished") , he wrote. He then joked that she was Posh Spice , a businesswoman and that she had "married an England captain". Not forgetting a viral video of the Spice Girls reunited, singing around a karaoke session all together .
