Over the past few years, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/culture/zendaya-tom-holland-engaged-ring-wedding-announcement" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tom Holland</a> and Zendaya&rsquo;s chemistry both on and off-screen has been a constant through the latest Spider-Man films. Through press tours, interviews, and online interactions with fans, the duo spent years denying dating allegations, maintaining that they&rsquo;re just friends, only for the ruse to finally come to an end in 2021. From paparazzi photos of the pair kissing in the early days of the relationship to Holland&rsquo;s birthday post calling her &ldquo;my MJ,&rdquo; L&rsquo;OFFICIEL gathers the sweetest moments from this adorable young couple, including their newest relationship status update: Engaged.&nbsp;

Holland and Zendaya first met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming, where they reportedly instantly hit it off and became fast friends. In an interview with <a href="https://people.com/movies/zendaya-dating-spider-man-costar-tom-holland/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">People</a>, the actor spoke about their friendship and had the nicest things to say about his co-star.&nbsp;
&ldquo;We are like the best of friends. She&rsquo;s so great and amazing,&rdquo; said Holland. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m a little worried [about dealing with fame, but] Zendaya is super famous and she&rsquo;s been through this and I just call her up and say, &lsquo;How do I manage being famous?&rsquo; I&rsquo;m very glad I have a friend like her.&rdquo;

Zendaya shared a photo of herself and Holland on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter. &ldquo;Amidst all the chaos and sadness...this one good thing did happen to me today. Honored to share it with the very best...Spider-Man himself @tomholland2013 🙏🏽,&rdquo; said the caption.

Rumors started to surface that the Spider-Man: Homecoming stars are dating. A source said to <a href="https://people.com/movies/zendaya-dating-spider-man-costar-tom-holland/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">People</a>, &ldquo;They started seeing each other while they were filming Spider-Man. They&rsquo;ve been super careful to keep it private and out of the public eye but they&rsquo;ve gone on vacations with each other and try and spend as much time as possible with one another.&rdquo;
Another insider added, &ldquo;They&rsquo;re both really ambitious and they challenge each other &mdash; but, most importantly, they make each other crack up. They seem to have a really similar sense of humor and love joking around together. They have great banter back and forth.&rdquo;
Of course, the pair were quick to shut down these rumors, even poking fun at the vacation quote on Twitter.

Zendaya continued to deny romance rumours when speaking to <a href="https://variety.com/2017/film/features/zendaya-spider-man-homecoming-kc-undercover-1202516631/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Variety</a> about her relationship with Holland. "We are friends," she said. "He's a great dude. He's literally one of my best friends. This past how many months, we've had to do press tours together. There's very few people that will understand what that's like at 20 years old."

For Zendaya&rsquo;s 21st birthday, Holland posted a pair of photos from behind the scenes of a Spider-Man: Homecoming photoshoot, captioning it, &ldquo;Thinking about how to get taller 😂&nbsp; Happy birthday mate. Miss you and I&rsquo;ll have a drink for you. #21stbirthday.&rdquo;&nbsp;
Zendaya commented back, &ldquo;Hahahah thanks shawty❤️.&rdquo;

May 2018

Fans lost their minds as Holland posted Zendaya&rsquo;s 2018 Met Gala look on his Instagram page. He, like the rest of the world, was seemingly in awe of her tremendous fashion moments, &ldquo;All hail the queen," he wrote in the caption.&nbsp; "Killing it, mate 🙌🏻."&nbsp;
Zendaya wrote back in the comments, &ldquo;🤗👊🏽.&rdquo;

September 2018

Holland posted a funny photo of him and Zendaya next to a guy in a Spider-Man costume for her birthday, captioning it &ldquo;Me, myself and the birthday girl. Happy birthday mate&mdash;keep killing it and paving the way for the rest of us ❤️.&rdquo;

May 2019

Holland made a silly blunder after accidentally tagging Zendaya on his crotch in an Instagram photo promoting Spider-Man: Far From Home. Zendaya even poked fun at him in the comments, &ldquo;I'm assuming because you don't know how to work [Instagram], that's the reasoning behind my name placement.&rdquo;

Fans also tweeted at Zendaya, asking her whether or not Holland&rsquo;s tag was intentional and if it was a confirmation of anything, to which Z responded that he&rsquo;s just &ldquo;Instagram stupid.&rdquo;

Zendaya posted a very sweet photo from the Spider-Man set for Holland&rsquo;s birthday, captioning it, &ldquo;Happy birthday weirdo, thanks for being the wonderful person you are, we&rsquo;re all very lucky to have you and your weirdness👍🏽 @tomholland2013.&rdquo;&nbsp;

Tomdaya fans were left heartbroken after dating rumors between Zendaya and her Euphoria co-star Jacob Elordi began to surface after the pair were seen vacationing together in Greece. In February 2020, paparazzi photos emerged of the two strolling the streets of New York City and kissing, completely shutting down the prospect of a potential Holland and Zendaya romance. However, the Euphoria romance appeared to be short-lived, as Elordi and Zendaya seemingly plit up months later in September 2020, given that the actor was spotted getting dinner with model Kaia Gerber, whom he dated for over a year, until they broke up in November 2021.&nbsp;

After months of speculation, Holland confirmed his relationship with actress Nadia Parkes in an Instagram post of her. According to the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-8362153/Spider-Man-star-Tom-Holland-dating-actress-Nadia-Parkes.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Daily Mail</a>, Parkes moved in with Holland during the pandemic and was isolating with him, his brother, and a friend in London as the city went into lockdown.&nbsp;
"They made the decision to isolate together, and things have been going great between them," a source said. "Tom has told friends and family they're in an official relationship and living together so soon into their romance has only made them stronger."

As of July 2021, Holland and Parkes separated. Details regarding the couple's separation have not been made public. In a several paparazzi photos by <a href="https://pagesix.com/2021/07/02/zendaya-tom-holland-confirm-theyre-dating-with-kiss-pics/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PageSix</a>, the actor is spotted locking lips with Zendaya at a stoplight in Los Angeles, which seemingly confirmed their relationship. The photos immediately went viral, prompting fans to celebrate the beginnings of an off-screen Tomdaya romance.
Later that month, <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/zendaya-tom-holland-challenge-and-balance-each-other-out/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">US Weekly</a> reported that their relationship is apparently going well, as &ldquo;they both challenge each other and balance each other out.&rdquo; The source also added that Zendaya has been guiding Holland &ldquo;through the world of the celebrity&rdquo; and has provided him with a helping hand given her long-time practice with navigating fame.

The sweet duo were spotted attending a wedding together. In various photos and posts shared by wedding attendees and fan accounts, Holland and Zendaya were spotted resting their heads on one another and sitting very close to each other throughout the night.

Holland shared an incredibly sweet post for Zendaya&rsquo;s 25th birthday, marking the couple as &ldquo;Instagram official.&rdquo;&nbsp;
&ldquo;My MJ, have the happiest of birthdays. Gimme a call when your up xxx,&rdquo; Holland captioned, to which Zendaya commented in response, &ldquo;Calling now ❤️.&rdquo;

Later that month, Zendaya posted photos of her legendary Balmain dress from the Venice Film Festival, to which Holland commented three fire emojis in response. The once secretive pair has started to open up a little bit more on social media when it comes to showing affection.

To celebrate the opening of Dune, Holland posted an image of his beautiful girlfriend on the red carpet to help promote her film. He captioned the photo with heart-eyes emoji, to which Zendaya replied simply with, &ldquo;🥺.&rdquo;

During press for the film, Zendaya and her co-star Timothe&eacute; Chalamet played a friendship game with <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISpsfZxhnbs" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Buzzfeed</a>, in which Chalamet cheekily poked fun at her relationship during a question of who their biggest celebrity crushes were. &ldquo;Easy, Tom Holland,&rdquo; said The French Dispatch actor with zero hesitation, and Zendaya&rsquo;s reaction was a quick giggle before moving on.

Zendaya wore a gorgeous Valentino dress to the Spider-Man: No Way Home red carpet premiere in Los Angeles with Tom Holland by her side in an equally show-stopping Prada suit. It's moments like these where the duo reminds fans of their impeccable style.

While the two lovers were in the midst of filming their on-screen cameos, L'OFFICIEL&nbsp;learned the&nbsp;Spider-Man stars are now parents to a pit bull named Pistachio. As the couple's first dog together they've certainly taken their relationship to the next level. It has been speculated that the couple has also bought a house together and even gotten secretly engaged, but both of these rumors were denied by multiple sources, as well as Holland himself in an interview.&nbsp;

Following her historic Emmy win, Zendaya publicly referred to Holland as her boyfriend for the first time. Speaking to a red carpet reporter, she said, &ldquo;When I get this win, well, I didn&rsquo;t have to text my mom because my mom was already there. She&rsquo;s here tonight, which is very special. And I text my boyfriend.&rdquo;

Though the couple remains out of the public eye, it seems like Holland and Zendaya are still going strong. In an <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/zendaya-and-tom-holland-are-planning-for-a-real-future-together/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">exclusive with US Weekly</a>, an anonymous source said that the couple "seems serious and permanent." They continued their statement by saying that "they're both in settling down mode and are absolutely planning for a real future together." This, of course, has sparked rumors regarding whether or not the couple is engaged, however, nothing has been confirmed.

After photos of the couple grocery shopping in London surfaced online, fans pointed out that Holland appears to have the letter Z stitched into several articles of clothing. While many fans gushed over the sweet gesture, others expressed jealousy, wishing their partner would go to the same lengths, but in all fairness, it's tough to live up to Tomdaya's standards.&nbsp;
In March 2023, Zendaya was also spotted wearing a signet ring with the couple's initials engraved into it, demonstrating their affection and commitment to one another.&nbsp;

Proving their romance is still strong as ever, the couple was spotted having a date night at an NBA Playoffs game. While watching the Golden State Warriors versus Los Angeles Lakers, Zendaya and Holland were cozied up and looking very comfortable as they enjoyed watching the game.
A week later, the couple was spotted on a romantic rendevous in Venice. Zendaya and Holland were caught enjoying a romantic boat ride as Holland took pictures of Zendaya holding her dog. Their appearance in Italy comes as Zendaya was invited to Bulgari's special jewelry event later that evening.

In a video <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eN6Raqf28gg" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview with Unilad</a>, Holland reveals one of the beginning moments of their relationship stemmed from his background in carpentry. As it would turn out, fixing Zendaya's broken door may just have been the key to winning her heart.
"I fixed my girlfriend's door once, really early on in our relationship," he said. "I was hanging out at her house and her door was broken and I was like, 'I'm going to fix that door for you.' And now we're in love."
In love, they most certainly are, as the two were spotted having the time of their lives at Beyonc&eacute;'s Renaissance Tour. The couple went viral on Twitter as they were caught singing to one another during "Love On Top."

In an August interview with <a href="https://www.elle.com/culture/movies-tv/a44763838/zendaya-interview-september-2023/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Elle</a>, Zendaya explained the importance of privacy in maintaining a relationship and her struggle with accepting the scope of her influence. &ldquo;Parts of my life, I accept, are going to be public,&rdquo; the Challengers actress said. &ldquo;I can&rsquo;t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love. But also, I do have control over what I choose to share. It&rsquo;s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist. You can&rsquo;t hide. That&rsquo;s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.&rdquo;

In September 2023, Zendaya and Holland were spotted walking hand in hand on their way to Beyonc&eacute;'s Los Angeles Renaissance show, which turned out to be a celeb-studded affair&mdash;remember Timoth&eacute;e Chalamet and Kylie Jenner's relationship debut?&mdash;especially given that the night in question was Beyonc&eacute;'s birthday.&nbsp;
&nbsp;Never one to turn down a chance to shine, Zendaya sported a shimmery rhinestone blazer, complete with a matching top and skirt, while Holland wore a sleek leather jacket over a chic all-black outfit. During the show, Zendaya also got a surprise on-stage shoutout from Queen Bey herself&mdash;not a bad night to be Zendaya, as far as we're concerned.&nbsp;

When asked which&nbsp;Dune:&nbsp;Part Two cast member had the most 'rizz,' a term for romantic or flirtatious charisma, Zendaya instantaneously responded "Me, hello?" her quintessential dry humor coming out, before saying "I think someone who has beautiful charisma, not on the&nbsp;Dune&nbsp;cast, but I personally, it works for me, is Mr. Tom Holland." 
Although the couple are notoriously private, they seem to have become increasingly more comfortable discussing one another in public over time, especially in interviews throughout 2023 and 2024, where the two have moved beyond sly hints and shy comments.&nbsp;

In March of 2024, Holland and Zendaya were photographed together at the BNP Paribas Open in California, laughing and talking with one another as the match progressed. At the event, Holland donned a chocolate brown collared cardigan, which he wore open with a plain white t-shirt, and finished the look with red-tinted sunglasses. To his right, Zendaya sported a tennis-inspired Tashi Duncan look reminiscent of her Challengers character.
At one point between plays, Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" played, prompting the couple to sing along, a moment that fans went wild over online. Some fans compared it to the sweet moment shared between the couple at a Beyonc&eacute; in 2023, where Zendaya and Holland were also seen singing with one another, noting the couple's endearing penchant for spontaneous karaoke.&nbsp;

On May 23, Zendaya showed her support for boyfriend Tom Holland as the two were spotted leaving the press night for Holland&rsquo;s Romeo and Juliet at The Duke of York&rsquo;s Theatre in London.

On October 24, Zendaya stepped out with Tom Holland to celebrate the launch of his non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero. She donned a burgundy Louis Vuitton dress that perfectly complemented his outfit. The pair were seen holding hands as they left the event.
