The highly anticipated royal docuseries is coming to Netflix sooner than you think.

The favorite royal couple <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/jlo-kate-middleton-and-meghan-markle-bet-on-the-same-fashion-piece" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Meghan Markle</a> and <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/culture/prince-charles-coronation-king-charles-iii-details-date" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Prince Harry </a>are set to release a docuseries on Netflix soon. The long-awaited series focusing on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be directed by Liz Garbus, a well-known <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/documenting-the-past-the-ibiza-finca-portfolio-of-sayana-cairo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documentary</a> filmmaker whose works include What Happened, Miss Simone? 
Since the announcement of the docuseries, there's been a lot of drama surrounding the production. The non-fiction project's release date has been pushed back multiple times, according to <a href="https://deadline.com/2022/10/prince-harry-meghan-netflix-documentary-delay-the-crown-criticism-1235146831/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Deadline</a>, in light of both <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/portraits/queen-elizabeth-jewels-who-go-inherits" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Queen Elizabeth II</a>'s death and the premiere of <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/culture/best-princess-diana-fashion-moments-the-crown-season-5" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Crown Season 5</a>. The rumors and speculations of the show abound in the lives of the Sussexes, resulting in a circus of questions about whether there would be a docuseries and when will we get to see it.
As we wait for one of the most talked about releases of the year, here is everything we know about Harry and Meghan&rsquo;s highly-anticipated docuseries set to release on <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/culture/wednesday-the-addams-family-netflix-details-trailer-cast-jenny-ortega" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Netflix</a> on December 8.

What will the series cover?

Meghan and Harry will be the main subjects, and it will depict their story. Early in the summer, the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/portraits/succession-throne-british-death-queen-elizabeth" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Duchess of Sussex</a> spoke with <a href="https://www.thecut.com/article/meghan-markle-profile-interview.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Cut</a>, explaining that the series is less of a reality show and more about their "love story." She called the show &ldquo;the piece of my life I haven&rsquo;t been able to share, that people haven&rsquo;t been able to see."
According to <a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/10/04/prince-harry-meghan-markle-at-odds-with-netflix-over-edits/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Page Six</a>, Netflix and the Sussexes were at odds on what the docuseries would show. Who is the director?

The couple brought Oscar-nominee filmmaker <a href="https://www.instagram.com/lizfgarbus/?hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Liz Garbus</a> to direct the project. Garbus was behind the lens of many well-known projects, such as The Farm: Angola, USA. The award-winning director also worked on public films about public figures including Love, Marilyn&nbsp;about <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/kim-kardashian-reveals-secret-to-wear-marilyn-monroe-dress" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Marilyn Monroe.</a>
In her <a href="https://variety.com/2022/digital/features/meghan-markle-grieving-queen-elizabeth-working-harry-1235407176/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Variety</a> cover, when asked about her docuseries and the director behind the work, Meghan said, "It&rsquo;s nice to be able to trust someone with our story&mdash;a seasoned director whose work I&rsquo;ve longed admired&mdash;even if it means it may not be the way we would have told it. But that&rsquo;s not why we&rsquo;re telling it. We&rsquo;re trusting our story to someone else, and that means it will go through their lens.&rdquo;

What is the title of the documentary?

Another <a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/11/21/prince-harry-meghan-markle-netflix-show-release-date-revealed/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Page Six</a> source revealed that the project was titled Chapters, however, has reportedly been changed and no new title has been announced.
