<h3>Just in time for the launch of OROBORN in Dubai, we spoke to the founder of the Spanish brand, Rafaela Almeida, about the well-aging beauty concept and her vision.</h3>
<h4>Tell us more about the origin story of OROBORN!</h4>
<p>Rafaela Almeida: "OROBORN is a brand created to meet the needs of women and men in terms of consumption of advanced, drinkable food supplements and to take care of themselves in a simple and pleasant way, without feeling having to take medication. We offer products that care from the inside and that are also reflected on the outside. We have also developed natural cosmetic products that respect the environment. As for the brand concept, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/oroborn_com">OROBORN</a> means rebirth from gold."</p>
<h4>What does "beauty from within" mean to you?</h4>
<p>Rafaela Almeida: "For me, being beautiful from the inside out means being <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/food/recipe-chia-pudding-with-moringa-for-a-vitamin-back-to-school" target="_blank" rel="noopener">healthy and full of energy</a>, with beautiful, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/means-to-restore-and-nourish-the-skin-while-you-sleep" target="_blank" rel="noopener">radiant skin</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/aloe-vera-and-its-benefits-for-skin-body-and-hair-check" target="_blank" rel="noopener">shiny hair </a>and naturally strong nails. You can only do that with a good diet, healthy lifestyle habits, exercise, abstaining from alcohol, the right amount of sleep and adequate daily rest and with the help of quality nutritional supplements, as is the case with OROBORN products."</p>

<h4>How can you explain to us the growing demand for evidence-based beauty formulas?</h4>
<p>Rafaela Almeida: "There is still a lot of ignorance among consumers in this area. For example, we are aware that it is important to consume vitamin C, but in what quantities? It's the same with collagen: what quantity, the frequency of ingestion, etc. are still a field of <a href="https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/jocd.12174" target="_blank" rel="noopener">research</a> that we can and should trust. As for the advertising claims, in our OROBORN products we use ingredients with proven, science-backed effectiveness - as in the case of Peptan Fish Collagen, a formulation that promotes the natural formation and absorption of collagen, in combination with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, biotin or zinc. As the founder and managing director, I always test all preparations myself."</p>
<h4>We're both curious and excited to collaborate with Mireia Lalaguna, who recently posed for L'Officiel Cyprus for the FW2023 editorial. Would you like to give us some secret insights?</h4>
<p>Rafaela Almeida: "Mireia Lalaguna is a model and professional in the world of images and beauty that I love. She has a fresh and natural beauty that represents our values. A few days ago she won the Luxury Awards in Spain for her Career won in the fields of beauty and image, she is the only Spanish woman to date to have won the Miss World crown, she is also a pharmacist and her knowledge of this field is also consistent with our products, which is a real differentiator. On a personal level, she is a friendly, open-minded and intelligent person who added value to our campaign with her experience and perspective. I'm very happy to count on her and I'm sure the collaboration will be beneficial for both of them pages will be very successful."</p>

<h4>After Latin America and the United Arab Emirates - when is OROBORN coming to Austria?</h4><p> Rafaela Almeida: &quot;Hopefully we will start our European expansion soon. We are gradually opening the markets and are looking for the right representatives of our brand at sales level who will become real partners and share our philosophy. Personally, I love Vienna - the streets, Cafes, culture... Gustav Klimt is an inspiration and one of my favorite painters.&quot;</p><h4> One last fashion question: can you tell us who designed the gold dress Mireia is wearing in the campaign?</h4><p> Rafaela Almeida: &quot;Of course! The dress bears the signature of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/olgamaciia/?hl=de">Olga Macia</a> . We are planning a joint catwalk appearance. Let us surprise you!&quot;</p>
