The &quot;demure&quot; trend originated from Lebron&#39;s TikTok videos, where she guides her followers through everyday tasks in a &quot; very demure, very mindful &quot; way.

In a world that often values noise and ostentation, "demure" is a breath of fresh air - encouraging people to step back, think about their behavior and maintain a neat image without "smudging".
